| Our kitchen is simple and hausmade, exactly like Tuscan
kitchen.
- HORS-D’OEUVRES: sausages ( ham, salame, fennelsalame),
sheep’s milck cheese,our olive-oil for tomatobruschetta, beans, bacon-fat,
typical toasts.
- Pasta with ragout, fresh tomatosauce, lasagne,
gnocchi ( very good the pumpkin’s ones)
- Mixed Tuscan fried, stewen chicken and rabbit, tagliata, huntmeat,
florentine steak.
- Dessert: “Cantucci” ( typical biscuits) and Florentine
“schiacciata” to taste together with our vinsanto or “limoncello”
(lemonbrandy), hot chocolate hearts, chocolate salad, fresh fruit
salad.
